excellent seafront stay
early check-in beachfront location food selection
The staff was friendly and allowed an early check-in. This was a nice convenience. the location is ideal, directly on the beachfront, and everything is within easy walking distance. the continental breakfast offered a good variety of food. It was a lovely selection.
The walls seemed thin, and i could hear conversations from the adjacent room. This impacted privacy.

The room was very spacious and clean. staff gave a warm welcome at reception. the location it is perfect. It's half way along the promenade. the beach is just across the road. there is also a convenience store just down the side road.
the walls felt thin, i could follow the conversation in the room next door. my room it was connected to another room with a fire door. so i could hear the other guests in their room.

the location is a 5 minute walk to the town centre. it is a 10 minute stroll along the prom to the pier. the hotel is nice and quiet at night.

fantastic stay!
early check-in comfortable bed ground floor
i received a warm welcome, and check-in started early at 1 pm, convenient. my ground floor double room included a sofa by the large windows that overlooked the sea. the bed was comfortable, and both the room and bedding were very clean. there were multiple tea, coffee, and hot chocolate options. a nice selection of biscuits.
i could hear some noise from the adjacent room because of a locked connecting door, slightly disturbing.

The hotel is literally a short walk from the town centre. a slightly longer stroll along the prom to the pier. This central location makes it very convenient for exploring local attractions.

thin walls disturbing noise
The location was quite good.
The walls seemed thin. I could hear conversations in the adjacent room (a locked door connected my room to theirs). The noise was quite disturbing, especially late at night.

friendly staff large room gluten free options convenient location
the staff seemed friendly. the room was clean and very large, i think they renovated recently. breakfast was continental with many choices and gluten free items too. the hotel sits just across from the beach, it is a quick walk to the pier.
the walls did seem a little thin, i hear the guests next door.

terribly thin locked door
The room was quite large, and breakfast had a nice selection of pastries (especially the cinnamon rolls).
The walls were terribly thin. I could clearly hear conversations from the adjacent room and also noise from the corridor (I was like I was in a hostel). The door connecting my room to the next was locked, but it did not stop the noise.
